WA growing laws

Can anyone provide a link to WA medical laws. I am thinking of moving back to Portland and am trying to figure out if I am better off living and growing in Portland or living in Portland and setting up the garden over the river in Vancouver. Any thoughts?

I think things might change in washington if marijuana is legalized in november.Im thinking patients might lose their right to grow and the only marijuana that can be obtained legally will have to be purchased from a licensed producer.I guess the state is ready to cash in on the taxes and licensing fees from marijuana.It will problably be good for the overall canabis scene, but very bad for growers...

that is def not what the ballot initiative says, it protects patient growing rights (unlike some other recent mmj states)
