Watering and feeding my autos.

ive been feeding my autos 1/2 strength FF Tiger bloom every 2 days. My question is should I be going by days or actual watering? Some days they are getting water 2-3 times a day. Seems like alot of watering but they are outside soaking in sun all day. Hot sunny days they take anywhere’s from 1 to 2 gals a day. Theyre growing in FFHF/FFOF/perlite mix in 3gal fabric pot. Also if I remove the lower yellow and dying leaves will probably this effect them. I’m learning how finicky autos are. Wish I went with regular seeds for my first attempt. Oh well learning a lot.

As long as you get a good dry cycle ? Is the or light when you water? Plant looks healthy and in need of selective defol.
