Watering wand and submersible pump

I would like to get a 5 gal bucket with a submersible pump and hook it up to a garden hose with a watering wand. Im worried about if im not spraying with the wand what will happen with the pressure of the water being forced to the wand. Are there any pressurized pumps? Im having trouble finding the right one

Depending on the psi needed this should work... 45psi. But there are many out there. Diaphram pumps are much cheaper than centerfugal and available in AC/DC
