So if I have a micro grow with six plants can I just get a automatic watering drip system to feed the plants?

I suppose you could rig something up, right now my rh is 16, i have to water very lighley every day away from my seedlings otherwise the dirt Will turn to cement, once the heat goes off in 5 days conditions will change, this time of year u have to baby them along till they gain size.
