temp recommended 18°C to 28°C

below 18°C growth will be slowed , while it can handle temperature above 28°C rather well up to 34°C to 37°C 38°C depending phenotypes and strains withoutsignifiant issues.

humidity as a much less signifiant impact on plant growth with proper watering pratice, a seedling or a plant in veg or flowering stretch will grow rather the same with 20% or 80% humidity.

past flowering stretch you will usually prefer a humidity below 50% to prevent mold.

I rely on vapor pressure deficit (VPD). Here's a chart that shows recommended environment settings for the life stages of cannabis. It shows how young plants (in blue) need higher humidity (i.e., lower VPD) than older plants.

saying seedling "need" higher humidity is exagerated, more like they "prefer" high humidity is more accurate.

while there's such a thing as vpd, it's about marginal gain for commercial grow ops, has very little impact for home grower.

i could show plants that had 20% humidity the first few weeks and some others that had 80% humidity and you won't be able to tell the difference in between the two in term of growth vigor and size.

think about outdoor you can't control vpd and it swing a lot with the weather season and all, despite that you 'll get decent enough buds in the end if you keep a few much more important things under control than perfect vpd.

yeah in soil there usually enough nutrients for the first few weeks, you usually introduce nutrient when the plant start behing big enough related to pot size.

i would just add to this that humidity will depend on the temperature.and you can follow a vpd chart for that. she will grow faster if she pulls faster from the ground
