Weedo's Micro SoG (250w HPS + CFL (Veg.) )

After 2 failed grows, i want to finally start cloning and create a constant supply of bud.

Setup:
250 watt HPS for bloom
2x 20 watt 827 Phillips tornado CFLs for the seedlings/clones (going to get better ones soon)
Charcoal filter + LTI fan.
Clonex clone gel
Rockwool cubes and Greenhouse for germination and cloning
Nutes: Plagron alga-bloom and alga-veg

Strains:
5x sensi seeds skunk #1 fem.
5x nirvana PPP fem.
(Some of them are going to be mothers)
I've also got 5 more skunk #1 fem. (the shop sent me 2 packs instead of only the one i paid for lol)
and 10 "freebie" seeds from nirvana (iirc noone knows what strain they are)

Right now the seedlings are inside a small closet, but in about a week or 2 i will have a big, stealthy growroom ready :)

If i forgot anything, just ask.
I am trying to write down every detail that could possibly be of significance.


Once upon a time....

Sep. 18th (day 4):
skunk seedlings 5 and 4, as well as ppp 5 have rooted through the cubes. skunk 2 and ppp 3 are about twice as tall as the others. humidity is very high, water drops are forming on the leaves.

Sep. 19th (day 5)
skunk nr. 1 rooted through, skunk 1-5 and ppp 3-5 are significantly taller than the others. skunk 2 needs support to stay upright. skunk 4's leaves are curled up. probably a cripple. i think i am going to transplant them into soil tomorrow.

Day 7 (Sep. 21st)

The turf pots i am using started to mold a little.

if ur pot started molding ur keeping ur girls too wet, let um dry out a little before u water again. I don't use turf pots cuz they are more prone to mold as well, I'd just get some cheap plastic pots next time u re-pot.

Just a couple suggestions to keep u growing smooth man:anim_52:

good to hear u got the fungi taken care of, don't wanna drown the ladies lol. also id try to get those cfl's a little closer to the tops, might cut down on the little extra stretching u have there, but not bad at all man, they look healthy and that's def a good start. Grow on man

yea i could lower these cfls a bit, and also i could add 2 smaller cfls. guess it won't hurt.

Ya, my experience with cfl's (however short it was) you gotta keep those lights close, and because plants grow so fast you will be in there raising those lights probably once a day lol. And adding any extra cfl's is always good, no such thing as too much light. Ur plants are looking real good though, u got this on lock man. Happy growing

Flower day 1

Little change of plans... i put 4 of the moms in flower in my homebox (80x80x160cm) to have some bud ready on christmas :P Before that though i took 6 cuttings and put it in my clonebox. And just in case these don't root to become new mothers i will try to take some cuttings from the flower ones. Also i am germinating 5 more Skunk #1 fem. seeds. Better safe than sorry :P

good luck on the cuttings, I would stray from cutting the flowering plants, just too much stress for the plant and the cutting, imo. But it looks like you got things under control, grow on
