Those types of trim units are the only ones I really like man. They are gentle and there is no machinery to it, you just gently turn the crank and the leaves crack and fall off, simple simple. I will probably buy one of them soon myself.

I've only done it to 10 hours.. seems to have worked on prior runs. I only use this if the run goes longer than expected. And yes, Sativa will stretch armstrong on you big time. I've seen some growers go straight to 12 hours from seedlings for it. The pure sativas, (and some hybrids like Skunk #1 ) will stretch for 4 weeks on the flip.

I'll try to manipulate the plant for a big harvest with 14h light for 28days and then dump it down to 10 or 12h for 28days to get the kick we're looking for. Can't check if it works this run but will give it a try anyway
Sounds nice, I only use DE and a liquid, silica force from advanced nutrients which raises the ph...how will that product effect your soil?So this stuff is supposed to be a mix of slow and fast release Silica. Silica is one of them deals that is supposed to give cannabis some healthy strong cell walls.. something like that.. but it supposed to be good for them. I see/read/hear that it's great addition to the soil. My first use of it. We're gonna mix it in for the next round (Haole Moonshine and The Kush variant)
