it's the name of the strain.., yeah 9lb nugs , hah..I wish. Jinxproof was looking to name his strain and thought of Old Henry's hammer he used on the railroads. Those hammers are called 9lb Hammer. Not sure if you saw this or not but some of the guys from the 1gal challenge are talking about getting a “super soil” comp going! : ) I think they had some discussion of different things to mix and what not. You could definitely hop over there and ask your very relevant questions! : ) (if you want lol)

I have a version of it, layman's version, that I just started to use in the 4x4 garage tent, the big change that turned it around for me was the compost. I now dump a third of compost into the mix. Coots 1/3 of peat, perlite, and compost is brilliant. And so simple. The amendments he uses is where I get lost or have not put in the time to register it in my brain. I try to keep it simple and just use them proprietary blends like Gaia Green and Craft Blend.

Im really wanting to watch the “soil comp” unfold! Dry amendments and nutes are something I’ve vever wrapped my head around! I did look into the build a soil site! Wow! Thats some cool stuff I’d be willing to try! Im still having fun pretending Im doing something spectacular by feeding every time I water
