Weird freckles on my clones in ez cloner

The leaves have dark blackish freckles on them and the stem has like a white powdery, salty build up on it. Please help!

Form of rot, h202 and water temps around 65 are ideal to avoid. IF they root you will need to aid them away from mold and rot issues.

white build up...

hard water deposits, or the nutrient salts.
