Have an issue with droppy leaves for about a week since we flipped to flower. The droppy leaves are only on the new growth and bud sites. The lower leaves look normal. We did a complete flush 3 days ago and still no change.

Many UC growers will tell you they don't go much over 1000ppm in full flower.

Nute shock/overfertin' is gonna be my guess with all the curl goin' on.

best of luck

Yes, that what my tomatoes looked like when I feed them to much Mirical Grow, the beefsteak tomatoes tasted kind of funny also.
But, it does look like over feeding to me, everyone says I have to high ppm on my Deep water, 1400 ppm but doing fine, I checked my aero yesterday was at over 2000 ppm I cut it back but they looked fine beautiful deep green.

1200 ppm is WAY too high for the UC
I spoke with daniel at CC last week and he said there is no need to get over 800 ppm.(and thats in peak flower).
looks like nute shock bro.
Flush and give the half strength nutes

UC doesn't need as high PPM as some other hydro or inorganic soiless mediums because with any UC system nutes are available all the time so essentially the plants get to decide when to eat, maintaining 400-800 ppm (depending on plant type on conditions) is safe.
