What’s going on here on these few bottom fans?

Seems to be just on the bottom fan leaves

Some of the stuff on some of the leaves looks like we’re the other overlapped leave with sitting on the lead for so long maybe

I don’t see any bugs anywhere

If it's just a few fan leaves and not throughout maybe some bugs had a few tries and decided they didn't like it.
