What’s my plant trying to tell me? Help

I’m Day 12 of flower. Was running the gavita pro 1000e de lights in veg without a master controller for a few days (It got messed up had to buy a new one) didn’t know if lights were on max lighting setting without it and I’m sure it hurt my plants.they look happier in flower I flushed them when they came into flower. My ph in is 6.4 and ppm in 900. The run out coming out is ph 5.9-6.1 and ppm 740-800. Why could my leaf be showing these signs ? I hate seeing my ph coming out so low Any idea what I’m doing wrong?Thank you

What kind of growing medium are you growing in? Was the plant healthy before flipping? I think it’s best to fix any issues before flipping lights. After you flushed did you keep using any veg nutrients or did you already switch completely over to flower nutrients? Also what nutrients do you use?

Are the edges of the leaf in that first pic cupping upward, or have I ingested too much THC? Or both?

yesterday noticed today my plants leaves are cupping on its edge, what could have caused this its gotten a little worst since?
room temp 25.3c/77,54F
room rh 54%
ppfd 580
lux 34000
lights 2 600w hps
feeding seagro organic 53:7:17 twice a week at recommended dose

excuse the half filled bag im waiting on more hydrorokz to fill them up

backed the lights off to 2 250w, temp down to 85 from 89 spike
thinking heat stress or nutrient issue where we overfed, will give only water tomorrow/day after and then halfdose feed after

Set your PPFD at 310@18hrs. This should give you a DLI of around 20 which is perfect for your stage of growth. Try and keep your temperature between 75* - 80* and humidity at around 80% - 85% consistently. In a week or so, once your plant has more branches and leaves, you can lower the humidity to around 60% - 70% and raise the PPFD to around 460.

todays parameters. dli yesterday was 16,4. felt the plant is strong enough to grow at optimal parameter as you suggested
