Deficiency ?

Second grow , first grow In soil though, heard it very easy to overfeed, so I’ve started low probably too low and I’ve gone too far the other way and underfeeding but I have been slowly upping every feed-water-feed.
Noticed the slight browning and discolouring on set of leaves a couple days ago, only started twisted badly last night though, stems are slightly red, very bottom growth is deformed too.
From doing my own research online it looks like phosphorus deficiency but then I heard phosphorus deficiency is mostly common in flower so I could be wrong,
I did a slurry test last night too, read fine so I don’t think it’s a ph problem but again, I could be wrong. Any ideas or anything I could try ?
GH nutes -micro grow bloom and calmag

Hello and welcome to the forum. Your plant is light burned.
What do you have for a light? How far above the top of plant is the light?
What power setting?

So tell me how you water your plant.
I'm thinking you need to get a 2 gallon garden sprayer.
Mix 1 gallon of solution and put it in your sprayer. Pump up and spray for 2 min.
Give the soil 5 min, then spray for 2 min until you have the gallon in the bag.

Then use your finger to let you know when it is time to water again.
A plant this size will take 5 or 6 days.

Feed one time, Then just water one time. Feed one time,

In order to flush any leftover nutrient salts from your last feeding. You need to water until you get 2 cups of run off.
Every time you feed. The run off is still good fertilizer, use it in your garden or on house plants.

This should fix you up.

I’m only running a marshydro ts1000 (150 wats) at 75% 14 inches above the plant, I also have another plant seems fine at the exact same settings, I also turned it down to 50% last night and it is progressively getting worst by the hour.

As far as watering schedule goes Im watering every other day, but not to run off yet because I’ve never grown in soil and I’m super scared to over water and treat it like coco, maybe that’s my issue I’m watering too often and not enough at one time.

it’s overwatering.. let it dry out before watering..

I understand you have been growing in coco. Watering every other day feels natural. My answer is don't. Over watering issues in soil are caused buy watering to often. The soil in not a pores as coco and never gets a chance to dry out properly. Give it a good soak then no water until it is dry down 1 1/2 inches. Like I said could be 5 or 6 days. Once the plants are bigger and drying out every other day pick up the watering schedule as needed.

Maybe move this plant into a corner. Your light will have hot spots under it. Find this plant some place where the light is not so intense. I'd say move the light another 10 - 12" away from the tops before you burn the rest of your plants as well.

Okay that makes sense, wait till dry then give a good watering, a bit of learning curve when switching from coco to soil but that’s made it a lot simpler, cheers for the help guys 👍🏻

I'm not a fan of cal/mag early on in veg. I don't use it until week 3 of flower. Too much calcium locks out other nutrients and there maybe enough in your water without adding more in veg. At 3 weeks I'm just starting to add nute's and I use the same GH nutes & Furolicious Plus in Promix. First feed at 3 weeks was 2/2/2/1 ml per gallon
