I'm still growing my first plant and I'm wondering what's going on, ( I've had too change it's pots because it was heavily rooted bound, don't know if that can affect the tips of the plant) my PH is 6.5 and the temperature is 23°c (73°f). I've recently turned down how bright my grow light is too 65% (SF1000)

Welcome to the farm.
She looks thirsty, and severely light burned, how has your humidity been, I'm guessing very low? She looks pretty big, can you show more of the pot and stem. Yeah if the roots cant expand right, it wont be able to support the buds when they demand more.

The more info you can provide the better. Like soil type, watering schedule, what nutrients, or organic amendments etc you use. The Growmies here have saved worse. :)

The humidity has been around 60%, It's a premium potting mix soil, I water around 3 litres every 2 days depending if the soil is still damp. I've attached the photo of the fertiliser I use and I use 15ml of fertiliser a week

I could be mistaken but I’d flush.. flowering stage needs different fertilizers then vege stage.. that fertilizer seems to be to high in N for flowering that’s just my opinion.. I also only use half recommended dose when it comes to liquid nutes.. but wait to see what everyone else thinks

seem rather low in PK and especially in P for flowering.

if that the only fertilizer you used the whole grow that possible there's is a nutrient imbalance creating issues.

more a fertilizer high in N for veg than high in PK for flowering.

To me it looks like under watering and probably nutrient lock out, and when plants dry out that much the nutrients get concentrated and compound. Also that soil looks fucked, I wouldn't call that premium potting soil. looks like there is a ton of un decomposed chunks of wood chips and such, That will cause all kinds of issues. I would use a 420 soil mix next time with plenty of perlite.
that nutrient is pretty low in phos but if your soil was right it wouldn't matter much imo, phos deficiencies are rare and people always over do it. Probably too much N tho based on how much stem you have growing lol. I def dont think its light burn, those LEDs are too weak. Don't ever transplant in flower also. Ive done it and had stretched looking buds kind of like that but not all burned like yours,

Way too much N in that to be using in flowering. With higher N you need even higher P and K to rebalanced it, then you burn the roots.

Personally I would flush, and after the last of the excess water has stopped dripping. I would just get any bottle of decent flowering nutes, and give it the recommended dose. May take a week maybe more to bounce back, don't water it again until the pot is light to lift.

I would also trim off every leaf that is dead, or half dead. That way you can track what's happening to the ones that can be saved, and if any new growth is still being affected.

60% is ok'ish if you have good airflow, around 50%ish would be ideal at this stage. 60% is the threshold for mold to form in dense bushy areas that don't get air.

I think you may have just used vegging nutes for too long into flower.
