So, I'm on my eighth week of flower. This is Sour Diesel autoflower and on my 7th week of flowering I noticed that I never switched my light from veg to the flower spectrum. Can anyone tell me if my plant looks normal and what are these pods with white hairs growing out of them.

I hear Sour Diesel can be prone to foxtailing... more feature than flaw. Also you did right by not changing to flowering light schedule. We don't have to do that with autos. It's more about the DLI with autos and if you want to raise it (as you should during blooming), you can increase time instead of intensity even during the flowering stage. This is contrary to what we do with photos, i.e. cranking up intensity for good DLI with only 12 hours of light.

Some nice looking chunks on her!

its usually a genetic trait, but can happen sometimes with too much heat or light intensity, doubt that's the case here.
