What are these tiny orange bugs??

What are these? How did they get in my tet? How do I get rid of them?

I just flipped to flower three days ago and just noticed them today. There isn’t a lot of them yet but I’m scared.

I applied some neem oil tonight about 30 min before lights out.

No damage seen yet?

Thrips are kind of big and are known not to hide, but I don't see any damage, and you should if they were thrips.

Blasting them with an insecticide, at this stage, would be my reaction, as well.

Shape of an aphid, not a thrip. I never knew there where so many horrible pests until I found this site.
