What causes ballast to blow? 2 in 2 weeks somethings wrong.

I would ask Ipower for a replacement of the ballast.

I called Amazon , they shipped me a replacement but I've now cancelled that and ordered the magnetic ballast....The last mag ballast I had lasted over 10 years...I should have stuck with them. $79 Amazon + $15 shipping 2day Prime it'll be here JUNE!

Heya buddy! I’m just wondering if you ballast has a 15 min cool down feature on it for brown outs? Could that be the problem? Dunno just wondering.....

No there is a fuse but its good no extra features

That's good, I think the magnetic ballasts are more reliable than the cheap digital ones. Good luck with the new ballast and future grows!!
