What constitutes probable cause to get a warrant in California

I ask people all the time if they know about juror nullification. 99% (if not more) do not know.

IMO EVERY defense lawyer should inform the jury about it. The trouble is that way too often the judge won't allow them to do so. That is considered Treason, punishable by death or life in prison.

In court cases where I represented myself some judges would not let me mention The Constitution. I shit you not.

Why? Look up what maritime law is and where it is enacted....and then observe what type of "american?" flag is hung in the courtrooms.
