As you mentioned in your earlier thread, this plant is more than 2 weeks old — that is, more than 2 weeks since it emerged from the soil. That means it's either a piece of shit plant, or you overwatered and killed the roots. I would guess you overwatered and killed the roots.

Unless these genetics are literally a gift from God and you can't replace them, rip it out and start over. You already wasted 2+ weeks on it.
