What is this on my girl.

I have this discoloration on the leaves of one plant. Their all being fed the same, and this us the only one doing it. Its discolored and dry why ? Please help

The leaves are actually very dark its a hybrid apple fritter and runts. I have 3 of them going they all are dark this one just has these leaf spots. It looks kinda like pics ice seen from a potash def.
