What the hell us this bug

Phitis are not great, noticed white spots in the top on leaves. This pics are only x8 so they are big. Looks like eggs all over the leaves. I moved my tent into my garage a week ago. I have a filter over my intake fan but something got in there. Any ideas what they are?

Spider mites and with that many eggs you've had them for a while....Get at them now they multiply x 33 daily

This is whats next if you don't kill the all as soon as possible.
