What to do with my moldy buds?

I'm harvesting in a week or two, and there is a reasonable amount of mildew (and some mold) on my plants that I can't do anything about at this point (Unless I can? Growing outdoors, had a pretty humid summer in New England, and already lost 2 plants due to some root rot that didn't mess around). My plants are very large and will lose an appreciable amount of bud due to the mildew and some mold. What can I do with those buds? I don't want to smoke them, but could I cook them, or make an oil?

My inclination would be to throw it away. I think you will have mold spores, in abundance, in anything you make with it.
