What's the tallest an Auto Flower can Reach?

2ft? 3ft? 4ft? 5ft? 6ft? or higher, before it flips to flower? Does it depend on genetics?

Totally depends on genetics, most seed sites will tell you how tall you can expect them to grow.

Depends. Had one at 5 feet last run. One at four feet now. Others at 2 and 3. All indoors, but in coco. I constantly see autos that look small af to me. Almost always grown in soil (not to say soil always means small plants). So if want smaller use soil, if want monsters use coco or hydro. That’s all things being equal. Plenty you can do to dictate size (light quality/placement, feed schedule, training, etc.

I've never grown an auto without LST and they're always 2ft. or less. I'm an indoor soil grower and as @DanC520 mentioned, this keeps them small as well.

This is a GSC auto grown indoors in soil. Yield was about 6 ounces. Admittedly I didn’t bother weighing it but that is a pretty good estimate of weight.
