Can someone look at this picture and tell me if it's normal for my tops to have really thin and Tiny leaves?

What strain is it? I’ve found African leaning strains do exhibit this behavior but it’s at preflower so you need to up thr veg feed till buds pop and use a higher P ratio bloom feed along with the veg, 40-60 veg-flower feed.
And up the calmag and macro nutrients mainly zinc copper molybdenum ( most micro/macro lines have these elements)
