When its time to flush!

To get rid of excess nutrients from a soil less soil and coconut medium can I soak it to flush it and then continue with my flushing? Can I add excess water to drain out excess nutrients and then continue with the flushing process?

If I'm in the wrong category can someone redirect me to where I should post this question.

I wouldnt necessarily try to rinse nutrients out unless you've been overfeeding, What does your runoff look like? I just feed water with a little runoff near the end. Usually for about two weeks water only before chop.
