When should I transplant my plant?

I’m currently in week 1 of the veg stage. She had a pretty rough start but she’s recovered okay I believe. When should I transplant her? She’s already been transplanted from a solo cup to this small pot due to her originally being planted in crappy soil 16 days ago. I don’t want to shock her too much but I also know there’s no way she’ll grow to harvest in this little thing.

I’d transplant into her final pot at this point. She looks healthy enough to be able to withstand any stress.

When would you recommend? I’m growing in a 2x2x3 so I want to start LST as early as possible before my stem starts to strengthen too much. But I can’t start that until I transplant her into her final pot, right?

I usually leave them in pot for 2 weeks before I transplant into next one

you can just bend her some and tie m/tape down to the side of pot for now than when you transplant un attach the wire etc to do so than reattach after your transplant..
i’d wait to transplant just to get more of a root ball and it would be safer to transplant than doing it now.. but you can if you want to..
