When should I transplant these babies

Looking for some opinions on when I should transplant outdoors. Pots are 5"x5"x5". Outdoor pots are 10 gal fabric. Did my first topping 4 days ago. Sprouted 28 days ago. Posted pics of height, root system, and local temps.

You can transplant into the bigger pots whenever, but make sure you have long enough days before you move them outside, assuming you're growing photoperiod genetics. That depends on where you are in the world. If you transplant too early, they'll go into flower, and then re-veg when the days get longer.

I'm just worried about them roots getting locked up and don't have anything bigger to use without moving them outside.

Looks like we are at 13.5 hrs of true day + whatever low light we get pre sunrise and post sunset
