Alright, I'm just coming up on two days of drying and its going well. Have managed to keep the RH at around 50% and temps mid to low 70s. I know 60 is what I see all the time but that's just not doable for me.

Did a quick trim of all the big leaves and anything easily accessible.

Question: what signs am I looking for to know when to dry trim a get into jars? Crispy outer leaves? Should the whole bus feel crispy on th outside with a little give still in the middle?

I just don't want to dry trim, jar it and find out I'm way too early.
