When to first add nutrients?

Done a lot of reading, some say 2 weeks, some say at 2ed set of leaves and yet some say after the embryonic leave turn or fall off. What the consensus here?

I'm on day 4 watering 15 on 45 off

I am not a hydro guy, buy that is too much water for that size plant. PM Aqua Man and he can help you out with watering times and quantities. BTW that plant is way too small to consider any nutrients.
