When to flush and harvest

Okay guys ive made it to the final weeks. I'm in week 7-8 of flowering.. When should I start flushing and when should I cut. I attached a few pics thanks

the pistils should be fairly orange. no expert by these pics but im guessing a week or more

Weeks at least. Pistils are mostly white still. Let her grow. Worry about flushing if you think its neccessary after the plant is a actually done growing.
