Preventative is good but resistance is worse.
I’d go for a single application week 3 post sprout / clone transplant then once every 4 weeks and increase if you see any bugs.

What he said. Do it to often and then can develop a resistance. If your having no issue use it sparingly. If your having any issues, pick up a few foliar sprays to keep on rotation. This way they dont develop a resistance and if they do there are others to handle them.

Neem is good for crawling, chewing bugs but useless for aphids and white flies, but I’ve seen it work for pm well.

I’m growing inside i have pets so I’m guessing I’m going to get some mites or something I’m just trying to prevent i heard prevention is key from a really good grower bc growing organic is hard to keep bugs away so i was gonna run neem/spinosid every week or 2
