and btw im pretty sure dds said exactly what hose to buy, I believe it was called valueflex/gs ... so when people started changing out the hose, then they are no longer following dds blueprint *exactly as it was laid out*. So then to blame the guy for problems or say his system is bad, is pretty fucked in my opinion.


Like I previously said changing things up doesn't Automatically mean your going to run into problems but if you change fittings, tubs, hose, etc.. then run into problems.. then what?

I mean toxic hose in your garden can't be good and im sure more than one person had the problem. now if they had followed dds blueprint exactly, including the hose he recommended, well then they wouldn't of had toxic hose in their garden in the first place and Maybe things would have been a whole lot different.

I can't remember the exact number but didn't he say his katsu kush was yielding something 1.5lbs-2lbs in the MPB?

Now I have grown critical mass and a kush in the same room before and I can attest to what a huge diffence in yield different strains have. Im not to familar with g13 but fuck mang, maybe he got a keeper pheno along the way.

Giddeons nugs look fatter at day 40 than a lot of kushs look when they finish up. Now chances are if you grew out a 1000 seeds you might find a gem.

i know deviating from his nutes or system my cause problems but i really like the idea of doing things my own way rather than mimmicking atmospheric conditions and nutes, etc, there seems no personal sense of acheivement but i will learn my own way. the only reason i wouldnt try the system is cost both in electricity and equipment and space, i just think i could use the space more efficiently

I do personally like single DWC units, and if there for growing large plants then I suppose it is possible to invest in a chiller for each one, and a dripline with an overflow to keep the system topped off with fresh nutes. A float valve would get drowned by roots most likely. One cannot say how well it would perform compared to RDWC but it is totally different and should not be put in the same category as a High Flow RDWC system. The rest was nonsense. I have fish they like there space, the filters get rid of all the gunk and keep the tank sparkling clean.

organicfreak... double d's system is a mere redesign and obsurd construction of complex beginings... to emulate heath robinsons modified aqua farms.. you MUST link all tubs together .. thats what lets all the growth eqaull.. and also.. this system was NEVER intended to run perpetual or different strains durring the same run..

and also.. your lighting for veg makes a HUGE difference.. a plant veged in 24/0 will stretch for almost 3.5 weeks on some strains.. 2 for indicas.. and a 18/6 will net you a 1 week veg on said indicas and a 1.7-2 week stretch on the others .. and we all know.. KNOWING you stretch is part of this systems dialability (word?) .. just some info if you didn't know why we do certain things a certain way.. these guys know why they're doin it a certain way.. and skip the technical stuff and show you how to emulate them..

As somebody already pointed out, its impossible to follow his blueprint to a tee unless you live next door to dds, use his same water, and have access to all of his tubing, tubs, and nutrients suppliers. I'm glad I wasnt deterred from setting up my first mpb because I wasn't able to follow certain aspects of his blueprint. As a first time rdwc grower I took his blueprint, modified it and couldnt be happier with my results.

i couldnt find any action shoot i found people i didnt know were here.man we have a hard time talking about this calm down. not calling anybody out just bouncing ideas off each other. i like mpb and i have a friend running a 12 site uc. no right or wrong. nothing makes up for learning. some learn quick some dont.some might have luck i dont what that means but ive seen good results not diserved so? you cant do exact not really i dont think so anyways. what about flooming?

My fish tank has an external pump/filter that flooms called a fluval along with a couple pump/filters that waterfall + an air pump.

so do we think that the airpump is pumping bad bacteria?if flooming does the same as airstones. airpumps are loud. but you cant floom in the plants container and the roots love airstones.that mini mpb plant looks great not lacking for air.
bio has alot going on too.if you can run warmer water that would be worth alot.
