White Stuff on the leaves?

Im doing my first grow and my plants leaves all have these white spots on them, I’ve been told it could be spider mites or mildew but it’s not really fuzzy like I’d think mildew would be and I don't think it’s spider mites because I haven’t really seen any webs of any kind. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You might want to check how hard your water is if this was just plain water.

are you using a humidifier with tap water? I found in my tent it leaves calcium dust (calcium deposits) because its tap water and a little on the harder side. otherwise like the others have said looks like something splashed on the leaves

Yeah, just looks like calcium residue to me
