These were transplanted a few days ago and we received the clones about a week before, but the day I got them I noticed this white spotting on one of them. Photos of similar plants have people pointing towards spider mites or thrips but there are none on or around the plant, nor are there any other signs. Since the plants came this way I think it might be some sort of nutrient issue or maybe some kind of fungus? I don't think it's white powdery mildew either though. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

looks like pest damage maybe the clones were treated for them before being sold or maybe you have pest now.

It looks like WPM and some nute burn and maybe deficiencies.
What are you feeding it? How often do you water?
