Who uses Jack's nutrients with Epsom salt in Coco?

Are you using a gram per gallon of Epsom?

What recipe & EC are you using?

I may have a magnesium problem that's causing defiencies in other nutrients and am wondering if adding a gram of Epsom to every gallon of solution is too much for 2 or 3 feedings daily.

I'm using Jack's 12-4-16 for RO and used to use the AN pH Perfect line for coco in previous grows.

I've been running 3-2-1 for a couple years and haven't had a problem. How much 12-4-16 are you using per gallon?

EC total is usually 1.5.

I think it comes out to about 4.5 grams of Jack's and 1 gram of Epsom per gallon.

I use Silica an hour+ before Jack's, then Epsom, & Raw Yucca and then pH.

I start with 5 gallons of 0.0 EC RO water. The Silica doesn't add to the EC. About 22/23 grams of Jack's makes it 1.3 and 5 grams of Epsom makes it 1.5.

That's only 50 ppm of Mg. That shouldn't be an issue, if you're not getting buildup. At 21 ppm, phosphorus is pretty low, which might account for the chlorosis along the leaf veins.

I'd stop using the Jacks and break up the salts that have built up. If it were mine i'd use plain water they look like they are close to ripeness.
