Who uses Lecithin in gummy’s

I have a gummy recipe that came with my LĒVO that calls for 1/2 tsp of Lecithin. If you use it where do you get that stuff at? And what kind? Soy or?

I use soy lecithin I got it off of Amazon, but I'd also use xanthum gum which you can get that at Walmart. It will help bind your oil and also "cure" your gummies!! Sit em out on the counter or somewhere your animals won't get into them for about two or three days. Good luck!

I got my lecithin off Amazon and I use liquid.

I use the powder, I also add it to my recipe not my canna coconut oil. I know some add it right after the extraction also.
