Why are my leaves drying out and dying

new grower here! Was wondering if anyone can tell me what’s going on with my ladies I have them under a Mars ts600 and have them in fox farms ocean Forrest. I will transplant today into bigger pots and living soil. I also have plans on upgrading my tent soon for more space but for now this is what I’m working with.

I also have not added any nutrients

I am not an expert but I would transfer to bigger pots. The biggest plants. Mox in more soil and see how it turns out
