Will LED lights effect the flowering cycle?

Hello

I have a few plants in buckets on a balconey. My girlfriend has strung a set of white LED christmas lights over said balconey and I'm wondering if they will negatively effect the plants ability to flower? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes they will BHD. Unless they're on a timer to coincide with the natural sunlight hours they will inhibit flowering.
