Worms Inside My Seeds

I found tiny little white/clear worms inside some of my seeds... any1 know what they could b? I have pic's I'll try to upload

most likely came from the plug since worms aren't dormant in seeds. That sucks - next time sterilize your plugs with hot water before popping seeds in them.

They look like fungus gnat larvae

Yep, I agree. He can still treat for them though, I've found success using Spinosad at 1oz/gallon.

I used root riot cubes. I noticed the worms inside several seeds once the seedlings popped out of the dirt and while the seed shell was still attached to the plant. All the seedlings look healthy and r 1"- 2 1/2" tall. Thr 3 days old. One didn't grow out of the cube so b4 i threw it out i looked at it and saw several worms. So any ideas on how to treat? I don't want to hurt my new seedlings.

I found a lil white worm during germination before it was in soil i was doing the paper towel method and seen one moving on the paper anyone know anything about this
