Worried about Northern light auto Seedling

Northern lights auto seed germinated 2 weeks ago , looking a little haggard. Not sure whats wrong with it. Other plant in the environment is fine. Haven't added nutrients yet thinking it's too early. Any help would be appreciated.

Medium: starter plug w. Hydroton
Avg temp: 72°f
Avg Humidity: 62%
Avg Lux reading : 7200
Ph: 5.9-6.2
Water temp: 72°f
TDS reading: 154ppm
Water level just below basket

Should be on a little nutes by now.
You could also lower the level an inch or so. If you have roots in the water, you're good.

Some seeds just don't have the same vigor inside as others. I've had some duds in the past. How does the roots compare to the other, healthy looking one?
