Would you use my UFO red LED light

Morning again,

I have a 150w UFO, red spectrum only and im wondering if I should use it on her along with my my usual 600W Full Spectrum (or bloom and grow LED switch),

I've added a pic and whats your opinion whether to include or not, thanks
