Yellow spots on base of leaves only one plant

My partner just repotted his baby plants (~9 inches tall) into 3 gallon pots last week, on a mix of potting soil and Fox Farms Happy Frog tomato & veg (this one) (5-7-3) and a few days ago, these yellow spots appeared on only one of the plants. Today they're slightly worse. It looks like maybe calcium deficiency, but I wanted to post here to make sure + see what the best fix would be.

- Growing from seed, they are both different strains (OG Kush & C99 x Blueberry) but he forgot which one was which lol
- ~2-3 weeks old, ~9 inches tall
- 3 gallon pot w/ potting soil & Happy Frog Tomato & Veg fert (5-7-3) 2 tablespoons/gallon
- Recently repotted from seedling pot w/ just potting soil
- Water every couple days, letting it dry out some in-between waterings. They're just starting to get thirsty! We water the entire container lightly when dry to encourage root growth

Well it sure looks like a Ca def, but it’s pretty much starting. I would keep an eye on it for the next few days so you can diagnose for sure. Meanwhile give them 1ml/L of CalMag on the next feed. just a light dosage won’t hurt.

If your sure it’s a Ca Def I would give some 3ml/L a couple times and see how she responds.

+2 on Cal def. In the photo, at a glance, your soil looks dry, you’d better water soon with a solution of water + CalMag at 1ml/liter.
