The focus is on the soil, not the plant. Maybe back up a bit, or if it is a current phone, touch the screen where you want to focus. I'll need better pics to help.

I see a slight bit of burn on the cotyledons. Close to the soil so in focus.

Looks like you are watering just around the plant. If so, that's not what you want to do. Water it all, then allow it to dry before watering again. Pot should be light. Tons of threads on that here, but I'm guessing a bit because of bad pics.

i watered the entire pot until it was dripping slightly from the bottom, then i tilted the pots and drained some more.
these were transplanted from crappy soil to good stuff 9 days ago.
here's a better pic. i took the pot out of the light to take this one

Yeah, that works.

I'm not worried right now, but keep an eye on the new growth I'll bet that yellow striping is gone going forward. If not I'm guessing genetics.

The leafs appear flat. I’d leave the setting alone until you get a bit more of that new set of leafs developed. Then bump up to around 12,000. Over a couple days though, you don’t want to go from 9500 to 12000 in one turn of the dial.
