Yellowing from inside out of the leaves

My plant here is my experimental plant, i tried supercropping and all Sorts of methodes of training en now this happend, can anyone tell me what im dealing with here and how to fix it

Might be wrong but looks like leaf rub. Are the plants getting lots of fan time?

Yes this in fact is the plant closet to the fan
So do i turn it on way less?
