Yellowing of leaves small grey speckle look on one of them

Been having same issue since week 2 of veg, was in veg 35 days and now in day 9 of flower, running all organic nutrients
Bio bizz fish mix(in veg)
ALGAMIC
Bio Grow
Top Max
Hi Bloom
Acti-Vera
Bio Heaven
CalMag
-Bio bizz light mix soil

-just waiting on a bigger tent coming currently 12 plants in a 1mx1mx2m tent
Didn’t plant to have them in this as long but it’s happened sadly new tent should be here Monday so they have a lot more space

Any help would be appreciated

Hello mate, they are definitely more at the bottom of the plant but one of the bigger fan leaves at the mid section is also effected, this has been happening since around 2nd week of veg and been trying to fix it but just can’t seem to find out what I’m dealing with
