Yellows starting to show up

Baby is getting a few yellows. For the size, most likely 7½ any suggestions other than magnesium/calcium? Or is this just normal? I have taken off a good number already (not all of these but some).

Also look like they could use a bump in K and N just a bit bothing crazy
