if you're running exhaust fan at 100% i would not recommend adding co2. it will be exhausted immediately so it would be quite costly to maintain proper co2 levels need to be able to run exhaust at minimal settings to maintain co2 levels first, figure out a way to maintain room temps 7-10c...
