First grow diary, first post, also coming in with newbie questions

Okay, just wanted to post my first pictures on here of my Bubblegum Cookies Photoperiod (Fem) grow. She is about 2-3 weeks of growth at this point. Using Gaia green nutrients and my own blend of coco, peat moss, and perlite. My main question right now is, I have mold growing on top of my soil and it's a first for me. My findings say it's either white mold or mycelium. Would to hear your thoughts and I appreciate you all. Oh and that bottle is a homemade CO2 generator

So this is actually what I found. I turned my topsoil a little with a fork (very gently). And I have airflow to help dry out the top soil.

I noticed when trying to keep vpd at high temps the soil moisture holds longer in the plastic pots. Plastic pots are easier to transplant in though so, pros and cons lol.

She is a little thirsty but I read to dry the soil back a bit to stop the mold or mycelium growth on top of the soil so she will get a watering after todays light cycle.

No Mold! Yay!
