Im a new time grower just starting I have a couple plants that’s sprouted (currently on day 5) I have a top fan not sure if it’s in-line or exhaust but I also have a small fan the portable one that you can move around… so my question is … when do I place the fan in the tent. If I do it now would it hurt the plants or they’ll be fine? HELPPP

Young seedlings dont need much of anything. Definitely dont need a fan blowing on them. I keep my seedlings on a desk with a t5 fluorescent right on em. Keep em somewhere safe and warm while you're setting up your tent
