50 percent 50 percent. So alternating light cycle so half day is light half is dark but in different cycle like every other hour lights turn off

What would happen if when it is time to flower I give it 50 50 light cycle but instead of 12/12 I cycle every hour? Will it hermie or will it get super plant growth and make the strongest weed known to man?
